What size would I cut the paper if I want to make them larger?

You’ll want to keep the ratio (7″x12″) the same so if you wanted to make them larger you could do a 12″x17″ or a 17″x22″.

How do you attach these flowers to a wooden dowel? Thanks

You can use the pipe cleaner and twist it around the dowel. Another idea is to use a glue gun to secure the flowers to the dowel.
