Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a pan, cook and crumble the ground Italian sausage until it’s no longer pink. Drain the grease.
Cut each of the 8 refrigerated biscuit rounds dough into 8 smaller pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked Italian sausage, biscuit dough pieces, and pizza sauce. Stir until combined.
