Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies

These are the best Reese's Pieces peanut butter cookies with more than a cup of creamy peanut butter.  Adding Reese's Pieces, peanut butter chips and chocolate chips make these the ultimate peanut butter cookies!
  • 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces
  • ½ cup peanut butter chips
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Using an electric mixer, cream together the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and sugar until combined. Add in the eggs and vanilla extra, and mix until creamy.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add this to the creamy peanut butter mixture and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the Reese's Pieces, peanut butter chips and chocolate chips.
  5. Use a 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop to form dough balls, and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Press additional Reese's Pieces onto each cookie dough ball.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  7. Remove cookies from oven and allow to remain on baking sheet for 3-4 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and allow to finish cooling a wire rack.
