Quicky and Easy Taco Soup Recipe

Serves: 6-8 servings
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked
  • ¼ cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips
  1. In a medium pot, cook the ground beef. Drain off the fat. Add in chopped onion and taco seasoning and cook with the ground beef for a few minutes.
  2. Add in the black beans, kidney beans, corn and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle in salt and pepper.
  3. Heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
