No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Balls
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and peanut butter. Mix in the powdered sugar, honey and vanilla extract until combined. Stir in the Rice Krispies, oats and chocolate chips.
  2. Form into 1-inch balls. Place in a container and store in the refrigerator.
