Chicken Salad Sandwiches
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced, OR use canned chicken
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, sliced
  • ½ cup apples, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, celery, grapes, and apples. Mix in the mayonnaise, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place in the fridge 1-2 hours before eating. Serve on bread.
