Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1½ Tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Rinse the pumpkin seeds and pat dry.
  3. Place the seeds in a bowl and mix in the butter.
  4. Spread out in a large baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the salt over the seeds.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crisp.
