Hi, I’m Lisa! I am from Utah and am the wife of an amazing husband, and a mother of two daughters and one boy. Our boy decided that he couldn’t wait to be born, so he ended up being delivered in the car! Read about our nightmare delivery story here.
When my husband and I knew we were expecting our first child, we decided that I should stay home with our daughter. That also meant going from two incomes down to one–which is not the easiest thing to do.
Finances were tight, and I wanted to do something to help ease our financial situation while I stayed home. I looked for ways to be frugal, save money, watch for deals, budget, and cook regularly at home. All these things helped out our family financially.
Now I’m sharing with you my best tips and what I’ve learned along the way.
I also want to help you save money so that you can do more things with your family and achieve more of your financial goals. Some of those goals may be to pay down debt, to save money for something you want to purchase, to cook at home more, to pay off the mortgage, or to save for that family vacation.
I hope these money-saving and frugal living tips I share with you will help you along your financial journey.
