Every year we plant zucchini in our garden, and I’m always amazed at how much zucchini one plant produces. At first, I manage to stay on top of using up the zucchini with our dinners and baking breads and desserts. But after a few weeks, it begins to pile up on my counter and I can’t use it fast enough. How Do you Make Zucchini Not Soggy?
