When I made these No Bake Peanut Butter Oats Balls for my family, they were almost eaten before we could put them in the fridge to save for later. And I’ll admit that I was one of the ones, along with my children, who were eating them as we were making them. I love yummy treats that are quick to make. These took me less than 10 minutes. Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup quick oats
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and peanut butter. Mix in the powdered sugar, honey and vanilla extract until combined. Stir in the Rice Krispies, oats and chocolate chips.
- Form into 1-inch balls. Place in a container and store in the refrigerator.
