These Parmesan Turkey Meatballs are really tasty. I have decided that I like using ground turkey now more than ground beef. The next time you make spaghetti and meatballs, try out this recipe.
Parmesan Turkey Meatballs
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup parmesan grated cheese
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the turkey, parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper. Using your hands, form them into meatballs that are about 1 and 1/2 inches in diameter and place them on a large cookie sheet that is lined with parchment paper. (I’ve made these a few times, and I highly recommend using parchment paper. One time I didn’t use it, and it took extra time to clean the pan.)
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve the meatballs with this Simple Spaghetti Sauce recipe.
