This layered pudding dessert is perfect for a summer treat or get together.
Layered Pudding Dessert
1 cup flour
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 cube butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 small box chocolate pudding
1 small box vanilla pudding
3 cups milk, divided
Extra Cool Whip and nuts to garnish top
Directions:
1. Mix flour, nuts and butter. Press onto 9×13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, whip together powdered sugar, Cool Whip, and cream cheese. Set aside.
3. In another mixing bowl, mix chocolate pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk. Then in a different mixing bowl, mix vanilla pudding with the other 1 1/2 cups milk. Place in fridge to set up.
4. Layer the Cool Whip mixture on top of the crust that is cooled. Then layer the chocolate pudding followed by the vanilla pudding. Place extra Cool Whip on top and garnish with nuts.
