This week was a canning week for me. Every morning, I canned a batch or two of peaches or peach jam. It’s more enjoyable for me if I do a little each day rather than spend the entire day canning and get burned out.
The picture shows some of the 21 quarts of peaches and 14 small jars of peach jam that I completed. Yeah! It feels like a great accomplishment to have finished it today. I am still planning on canning more peaches and am watching for more sales.
