Strawberry Banana Fluff Salad

This Strawberry Banana Fluff Salad is a popular side dish for summer holidays or a family get together.
Ingredients
  • 1 package (6 oz) Strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 package (4.6 oz) Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 large container (16 oz) Cool-Whip
  • ½ bag mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 2 bananas, sliced (see note below)
Instructions
  1. In a medium pot, combine the Strawberry Jell-O and Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding. Add the water and cook on stove until it boils.
  2. Remove from the heat and pour into a large mixing bowl. Allow to cool.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 6 hours.
  4. Using a hand mixer, mix the Jell-O until creamy.
  5. Fold in Cool-Whip, marshmallows and strawberries. Chill for about an hour before serving.
  6. Right before serving slice the bananas and fold into the fluff salad so they don't turn brown as quickly.
