No Best Grocery Deals This Week (Sept. 28-Oct. 4)

I won’t be posting the Best Weekly Grocery Deals for this week, Sept. 28-Oct. 4, 2016. Here are a few ideas you can do to find some of the best grocery deals for your weekly shopping. First, glance at the front and back of the weekly sales ads that come in the mail. If you don’t have much time, don’t look through the entire ad. Just look on the front and back pages where the best deals are usually located.

grocery smarts logo

You could also use GrocerySmarts.com to find deals at the grocery store in which you shop. Plus, GrocerySmarts will show you which coupons to use with the sale to get the best deal. However, GrocerySmarts doesn’t have all of the stores listed that I show on my Best Weekly Grocery Deals list.

Deals to Meals Logo

Also, you could try out Deals to Meals, a site that helps people all over the country save money on groceries and save time planning and preparing for meals. If you want to try out Deals to Meals, you can sign up for a FREE 2-week trial here, then after that it’s only $4.95 a month. That’s just a little more than $1 a week, which is a great deal, especially with how much time and hundreds of dollars it will save you.

I’ll be back next week with the grocery deals list. Have a great week!

The Best Weekly Grocery Deals

Smith’s case lot sale has begun and will run through September 13, 2016. I pick up a lot of my stockpile and food storage items at case lot sales. If you missed it, here’s a video tour of my stockpile. I haven’t had time to go through the Smith’s case lot sale deals, so be sure to head over here to see which deals you should get. Also, Harmons has its case lot sale this week. To see those deals, head over here.

After looking through the weekly ads, here are this week’s best grocery deals in Utah, August 31 – September 6, 2016. Use The Best Weekly Grocery Deals list below to price match at your local Walmart or Target, or you can use the list to see where the best sales are each week and go to one or two stores to grab the deals. If you price match at Target, you’ll need to have the ads with you when you check out.

The items highlighted in red below are really good deals that you should stock up on. And some products have coupons that you can use to get an even better deal with the sale price or after price matching. If you want to receive the SmartSource (SS), Redplum (RP) and P&G coupons, sign up to get a Sunday newspaper subscription for the Deseret News or Salt Lake Tribune for just $20 for one year (52 weeks)! That comes out to be only $0.38 per paper, which is an awesome deal! Head over here for the details.
