During the summer months, I like quick and easy dinners that don’t take a lot of time. I also try not to do too much baking because it makes our house hot. These Chicken Salad Sandwiches are simple to make and taste good!
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced, OR use canned chicken
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup red grapes, sliced
- ½ cup apples, peeled and diced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, celery, grapes, and apples. Mix in the mayonnaise, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in the fridge 1-2 hours before eating. Serve on bread.
