St. Patrick’s Day Activities and Ideas

St. Patrick’s Day is coming up soon, so I’ve gather some St. Patrick’s Day ideas, activities, crafts, and games you can do with your children.

Shamrock Craft – This cute Shamrock Craft is so simple to make with the kids.

St. Patrick’s Day Fruit Rainbow – Using colored cereal that you have, make this fun Fruit Rainbow craft.

Marshmallow Rainbow Craft – If you don’t have colorful cereal, then grab a bag of colorful mini marshmallows to make this Marshmallow Rainbow Craft.

Leprechaun Dress Up – Use these leprechaun hat and beard templates to dress up your little ones for St. Patrick’s Day.


St. Patrick’s Day Coloring Sheets – Print off these coloring pages and games for your children. There is a leprechaun, shamrock, pot of gold, maze, bingo and more!

Tissue Paper Shamrock and Rainbow – The kids will enjoy creating this Tissue Paper Shamrock and Rainbow artwork.

Bell Pepper Shamrock – Using a bell pepper and paint, stamp four-leaf clovers onto paper.

Track the cost of items at multiple stores and online retailers to find the best price, then "stock up" on the items you need.  4. Find out what works for you and stick to it
Narrow down what staple foods you need and like so you don't spend a lot of money experimenting on food that doesn't work for your family.  5. Focus on the inexpensive items you can eat
Make a list of foods you can eat instead of constantly looking for alternatives of foods you can't eat. Foods that might fit in your meal plan and that are inexpensive are oats, potatoes, rice, fruit, vegetables, applesauce, seeds, and legumes.  6. Shop at cheaper stores
