Crockpot Chicken Tacos

I love how simple and delicious this recipe is and that I can throw it in the crockpot quickly in the morning and walk away. This is perfect on those days you know you are going to be busy.

Crockpot Chicken Tacos
6 pieces chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 jar salsa (16 oz.)

Place everything in the crockpot and stir it to blend the seasoning with the salsa. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. When done, shred the chicken with a fork.

Serve the chicken with soft flour tortillas, lettuce, shredded cheese and sour cream. You can also use it for enchiladas, nachos, or tostadas.
