Free Sample Items = Saving Money

I’m posting information about free sample items, because I used to be a skeptic about collecting tiny sample sizes. I always thought that it wasn’t worth it to get the samples in the mail because they were so small and they didn’t last very long.

Well, I’ve now learned that as you collect these free samples, you are actually saving money—not to mention that it’s fun to check your mail everyday.
For instance, in the past few months, I’ve received five free sample bottles of Pantene shampoo and conditioner. I calculated that the five samples equal about three-fourths a bottle of shampoo and conditioner. That’s about $6 in savings. I also noticed at Walmart that a Pantene shampoo and conditioner sample set is $1.99. I saved almost $10 right there if I had purchased the samples.
So when the sample sizes of laundry soap, deodorant, and hair care products start coming in the mail, remember it’s a different way of saving a little more money.
